We prefer paypal payment (fast, easy and safe). Please be aware that any refund will be issued in the same way that buyer paid us.
We can accept all kinds of major credit card (Visa/Master/Discover/American Express) via PayPal, and you are still able to pay with credit card as guest member of Paypal when you forget your Paypal password or you didn't have a Paypal account set up.

- Shipping & Handling -
- Shipping Time: Painting will be shipped directly from the artist to you within 5-10 business days after payment has been cleared (each of our artists has their own schedule for shipping, also we want our artists to focus on creating artwork instead of shipping packages, thus we appreciate your patience). It may take longer if item is a customized or special order. Please allow 5-10 business days for item to arrive depending on your country/area.
- Shipping Carrier: Item will be delivered by DHL/EMS etc. international express mail services, each item will be processed & packed carefully (via a tube, carton box, etc.) to guarantee that you get your item in good condition!
- Tracking Number: A tracking number will be available 1-2 business days after we ship out the item. Please email us immediately if the tracking number is incorrect.
- International Buyers: The shipping fee listed in our product page is for US and Canada buyers only, buyers from other countries please email us for the S/H/I quote.
- Phone Number: For a prompt shipping and delivery, please provide your daytime phone number along with your payment for carrier's delivery purpose.
- Shipping Discount: We offer amazing discount for combined shipping up to 7 days, a combined shipping invoice reflecting the shipping discount will be available upon buyer's request. Please email us for a quote.
- Custom Delay: Seller has no control over custom inspection delay. Sometimes item will be returned to us due to the opened packages (or maybe damaged), please be patient to communicate with us if this is the case.
- No Pickups, P.O. Box, COD, APO/FPO
- We are the sole owners of the customer information collected on this site. We only have access to information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to any third party.
- We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to payment service or ship an order.
- Return Policy -
- Lost Item: If item is not received due to shipping company or our fault (Seldom happens), buyer will get full refund (Item price + Shipping charge) or a replacement upon buyer's choice.
- Damaged Item: If a damaged item is received due to reason of shipping process, weather, custom inspection etc., please contact us and provide evidence of damage (a note from the carrier stating the damage and digital photos) within 7 days after receiving the item. Please check the item carefully before you sign your name, be sure to reject the item if damages is obviously to the carton/tube. Buyer will be able to qualify a full refund (Item price + Shipping charge) or a replacement only if buyer follow the instructions above. Seller has the right to keep the damaged item if it's in repairable condition, or buyer can get partial refund if buyer choose to repair the item.
- Wrong Item:If this is the case, please contact us and provide evidence (digital photos) within 7 days after receiving the item. In order to qualify for full refund or a replacement, buyer need to get authorization from us first (may cover the returning expense), and item returned must be in the original condition.
- Change Mind: If you want to return the painting for any other reason (e.g. changes mind), 20% re-stocking fee (apply to your full payment including shipping fee) will be charged, also item returned must be in original condition and within 7 days time frame after receiving.
- Customized Order: Usually, we don't accept returned items for special order, such as customized in size, style, content, stretching and frame service. Please contact us first before putting your order if you have more concern.
